- LuLu Hypermarket e-Gift Cards are redeemable at LuLu Hypermarket, LuLu Fashion Store, LuLu Connect, LuLu Celebrate and LuLu Xpress outlets across India. The e-Gift Card can also be redeemed across LuLu online platforms – webstore and app.
- e-Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
- LuLu Hypermarket will not be responsible for lost cards and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost cards will be entertained.
- The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Once the e-Gift Card is issued/ used, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the card.
